What if I receive Faulty Product?
As we have a strict QC system for all products at our warehouse but still if you receive a defective product SAAL-TEE is responsible for the exchange of defective products and will bear the expense for the exchange. Just contact our Customer support and share the Details, Order Number with some evidence. once we both agree please send back the defective product to us and we will exchange and send it back to you. Note: the claim must be registered within 15 working days.
What is your Exchange Policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied, we will be very happy to provide an exchange for any product purchased from us if the conditions are as follows. Exchange is ONLY valid in case of defected / faulty product claimed must be registered within 15 working days. Exchange within 15 days of purchase, with original packing and item, should be in saleable condition, especially Tags on the product, and must be unused.
